Reichert has sold us out and has disqualified himself for office.
In 1997, King County Executive Ron Sims, a Progressive, appointed his friend Dave Reichert as King County sheriff. Sims and Reichert endorsed each other in 1997 and 2001. In 2004, Reichert was elected as a Republican to Congress from the Eastside's 8th Congressional District. He has voted against our party in Congress hundreds of times, and has had no bills enacted. He's a follower, not a leader. Reichert has been called a RINO, but he is much worse. His ideology is "moderate" Progressivism. Our district is not Progressive. He does not represent us. Reichert has to go.
Reichert's sole job is on the House Ways and Means Committee, recently run by the disgraced and corrupt Progressive Charlie Rangel. It oversees borrowing by the Treasury Department's Bureau of the Public Debt from the private Federal Reserve bank. It allocates money, then writes the nation's tax bills and raises revenue to pay for the debt. This Committee is a cesspool of pork, earmarks, lobbyists, and bankers. Reichert is also on its Oversight Subcommittee, which theoretically investigates wrongdoing by Obama's administration. Remember that as you read the following samples of his voting record, because Reichert is an insider who knows exactly what he's doing to us, our district, and our nation. This is cold-blooded betrayal.
Reichert voted Yes on Passage of the TARP Reform and Accountability Act of 2009 (HR 384). [Proof] This was Barney Frank's $700 billion embezzlement/bailout scam. The money was stolen from our pocketbooks and freedoms, and those of our children, and given to his Federal Reserve cronies. The flimsy excuse was to prevent Barney's buddies from going bankrupt for making bad loans. The TARP cash was used for other things. The bankers should have been allowed to fail like other bankrupts. Now we learn the real amount being embezzled is a massive $23.7 trillion! [Proof] Reichert again voted to enslave us. I would have voted NO.
Reichert voted Yes on the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (HR 146). [Proof] This 1,248 page bill violates our private property rights by taking 2 million private acres and adding them to the 600 million acres (30% of our land area) federal employees already wrongfully control. It permanently restricts our land use of 26 million acres. It permanently blocks use of 8.8 trillion cubic feet of our natural gas (a 15-year national supply) and takes 300 million barrels of our oil out of production. This is a federal version of Ron Sims' horrendous King County Critical Areas Ordinance. It's also a nation-killer. It's sabotage. I would have voted NO.
Reichert voted Yes on the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (HR 6). [Proof] This bill prevented needed oil drilling for 10 billion barrels of oil beneath 2,000 acres of the 19 million acre Alaskan Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. I would have voted NO.
Reichert voted Yes to override President Bush's veto of the human embryo Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act of 2007 (HR 810). [Proof] I would have voted NO.
Reichert voted Yes on the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007 (HR 1592). [Proof] This bill would have allowed federal intrusion into state and local jurisdictions to ensure enhanced prosecution for crimes against those because of their "sexual orientation." This outraged many because it gave special legislative endorsement and protection to homosexuality, bestiality, incest, pedophilia, necrophilia, bondage, sadomasochism, etc. This anti-Christian bill was stopped in the Senate Judiciary Committee -- temporarily. I would have voted NO on this bill in the House.
Reichert voted Yes on the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2010 (HR 2647). [Proof] The above Hate Crimes Prevention Act was attached as a rider to this bill. So Reichert voted twice to endorse and protect severely antisocial sexual addictions. I would have voted NO until the rider was removed.
Predictably, Reichert voted Yes on Passage of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2011 (HR 5136). [Proof] (Reichert frequently votes one way on preliminary votes, then he votes the opposite way on the final vote to manipulate public opinion.) This bill openly infiltrates morale destroying, mission degrading homosexual addicts into our military. It subverts the very heart and soul of our military's Christian culture, poisoning our national defense. Our men and women in uniform, including the Joint Chiefs, feel totally betrayed. They should. You should. I do. 9 RINOs and 220 Democrats voted Yes. 160 Republicans and 26 Democrats voted NO. I would have voted NO. There will be a lot of repealing.
In what is perhaps the most revolting glimpse behind Reichert's mask is his NO vote on the Terri Schiavo Incapacitated Persons Protection Bill of 2005 (S 686, Roll no. 90). [Proof] Fortunately, this bill passed the House 203-58, but Reichert and four other "RINOs" voted to starve to death an innocent woman. Reichert would later brag about his deadly vote. [Proof] I would have voted YES to save Terri's life, and stood at her bedside as a Congressman. That's what we're supposed to do. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness....
Reichert introduced the Earmark Transparency and Accountability Reform Act of 2009 (HR 3268). [Proof] It sounds nice, but it doesn't stop the earmark and pork process; it institutionalizes it! There are proposed reporting and rule changes, but they don't end the good-old-boy process of 'You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.' This bill is a misleading election year hoax. Read it.
Reichert voted Yes on the Puerto Rico Democracy Act of 2010 (HR 2499). [Proof] This bill promotes statehood for Puerto Rico. If it becomes a state, its enormous poverty will entitle it to $billions in perpetual welfare and infrastructure funding; money we don't have. Its statehood would force us to become a bilingual nation, further fragmenting us. The bulk of Puerto Rico's Congressional delegation would support Obama. Reichert stabs us again. I would have voted NO.

My Platform (A Conservative Manifesto)

I'm mad as hell, and I know you are too. As your Congressman, I will do my best to save our country. I'm a social and fiscal conservative. This website is for Republicans, Independents, Tea Partiers, Libertarians, and traditional Democrats, because conservatism at this time is essential to save the United States that we all depend on for our survival.
America has always had enemies. We’ve been able to prevent a military invasion, but we haven’t been able to prevent a non-military invasion. A nation is usually overthrown non-militarily in two steps: Its economy is incrementally destroyed, and then a dictator promises to “rescue” it. But the economy never gets rescued, and the dictator never goes away.
A person’s intent is known by the natural and probable consequences of their behavior. The exploding national debt has been caused by insurgents in government, and, when added to our current obligations, it will destroy our economy. Obama, his handlers, lackeys, and fellow travelers are clearly trying to implement unconstitutional and tyrannical solutions to “rescue” us from the very problems they created or fabricated. They are smart, but they are very bad. They are committing legislative and administrative crimes against We The People and the Constitution. Their destructive actions are intentional. [Proof]
The Economy
There is no national debt. Social security is not bankrupt. You owe no income tax, and you never have.
There's a relatively simple way to fix unemployment and the economy, and it's much better than a Flat Tax or a Fair Tax. It's called the No Tax. It will require never again borrowing from the Federal Reserve, paying the expenses of government with Constitutional money, cutting federal spending, cutting the number and power of government employees, closing most federal buildings, dispersing most necessary federal functions to the states, counties and cities, balancing the budget, securing our border and deporting wealth-destroying Mexican invaders, and eliminating all federal taxes.
We must return to the practice of funding essential government operations by the Treasury prudently printing and issuing our own debt-free, interest-free money. Taxes will be unnecessary, but necessary programs will still be paid for. Our money supply should be created by Congress paying for government's basic goods and services, instead of the money supply being created through borrowing and debt. [Proof] And Congress will finally have to perform productive labor. This will work if we put courageous conservatives in Congress and the Presidency, instead of Progressive misfits and banking concubines who historically sabotage debt-free money systems. President Jackson succeeded in abolishing the central bank during his presidency and he was wounded in an assassination attempt.
The following example illustrates the problem. Imagine two stacks of currency. Each stack contains $1 million in hundred dollar bills that are backed by nothing, perform the same function in our economy, and cost $10.00 to print. Each bill in one stack is labeled "Federal Reserve Note" and all the bills are sold to us by the private Federal Reserve bank for $1 million plus 5% yearly interest, totaling $1,050,000. The resulting debt is used to justify an income tax, increased government control, and the incremental loss of our freedoms. Each bill in the other stack is labeled "United States Note" (called Continental Currency in the 1700s and Treasury Notes and Greenbacks in the 1800s) and they only cost us the $10.00 for printing, resulting in no debt, no tax, and no loss of our freedoms. Which stack would you use? President Lincoln used Greenbacks and President Kennedy used United States Notes before they were assassinated. President Garfield continued President Lincoln's policy of issuing debt-free money and he was also assassinated. [Proof]
Executive orders from the President to once again direct the Treasury Secretary to: replace "Federal Reserve Note" with "United States Note" on our currency, cease borrowing from the Federal Reserve, and cease paying them, will liberate us. The Federal Reserve was created by Congress with the Federal Reserve Act. That Act can be repealed, be ruled Constitutionally void from its inception, or be simply ignored. Congress was empowered, not directed, to collect income tax by the 16th Amendment. That Amendment can also be ignored. No Constitutional convention is necessary. There are many ways to skin this cat of servitude.
No more malfeasant delegating by Congress to corrupt bankers. Congress must be accountable for our money. See who speciously opposes this, then look at their source of income. They've probably been harvesting you. As your Congressman, I won't let anyone use you as a crop.
Less money going to nonproductive government employees means more money going to productive private sector employees, job creation, and more freedom. Government employees do not deserve our money, or to run our businesses. When the money goes away, the tyrants go away. President Reagan was correct, government isn’t the solution, it’s the problem. This is not rocket science. The more someone takes from you, the poorer and less free you are.
I will support the omnibus repeal of the nation-killing Cap and Trade (that Reichert voted for), TARP embezzlement (that Reichert voted for), Omnibus Public Land Management theft (that Reichert voted for), stimulus plans, any Obama health plan, and all other hoax legislation.
The Internal Revenue Code and the IRS must be abolished. Congress must pay only for national defense and veterans, the federal courts, Congressional operations, Presidential operations, and current social security obligations. Unfunded departments should be abolished. Expenditures should only be justified by the combined Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, with no excluded entities, from all levels of government. The $trillion off-book government enterprise slush funds should be liquidated and the surpluses disbursed to the citizens.

The debt owed to the Federal Reserve should be disavowed as the product of a criminal enterprise and deficit terrorism. Its owners and employees should be prosecuted as necessary, and their RICO wealth seized and redistributed to the poor. Most of our economic problems and taxes will vanish after the Federal Reserve is dissolved, and we start Constitutionally funding our federal government. The states should be encouraged to start and regulate their own banks like North Dakota's. [Proof] [Proof]
The continued existence of the Federal Reserve threatens our national survival. Their money is valueless and backed by nothing, yet we idiotically pay face value plus interest for it! A money supply that we print for free, and regulate, to pay for our interest-free and fairly valued costs of government operations under a balanced budget can never cause debt or inflation, if indexed to productivity. It will result in no taxation. It will unleash enormous prosperity and freedom. [Proof] As your Congressman, that will be my ultimate economic goal. Until then, we're just spinning our wheels and heading for the ditch.

Central banking and some variant of communism pitting us against each other is a two-edged sword that has been used by a whack job nomenklatura for centuries to disorient, disempower, loot, pillage, enslave and destroy countless millions from all political parties in most nations. Closed economic systems based on private money being lent into existence, where there is no money existing to pay the interest, ultimately self-destruct. Open economic systems, based on interest-free public money being spent into existence, survive and prosper. Greece, Iceland, Spain and the United States are currently learning this lesson. We vastly outnumber our adversaries. The only power they hold over us is psychological. A peaceful way to stop them is through free and fair elections. Our Presidents knew that our best laid plans will be futile until we destroy this central banking/Machiavellian ball and chain. But it must be destroyed, or it will destroy us.However...fiscal conservatism is amoral and can be deadly without social conservatism. The administration of dictatorships, slavery, gulags, and genocide can be fiscally conservative. Freedom is about morality, not money. That's why the ideology of social conservatism matters. So let's talk about it.
This is a non-issue for the vast majority of citizens who enjoy the best health care in the world. The government's role in any reform should be minimal; this is a free market area. I have not known of anyone ever being denied basic medical care. Costs can be vastly reduced by limiting defense attorneys' fees and malpractice plaintiffs’ damages through tort reform, allowing all insurance companies to compete in all states, canceling the insurance company antitrust exemption, encouraging Health Savings Accounts, and not treating illegal aliens.
Government employees who lie about health care, and spread panic and disinformation to seize control of twenty percent of our economy and our medical freedom, should be in jail, not in public office. Obama's health care "law" clearly violates the 5th, 9th, 10th, and 13th Amendments, and the Separation of Powers. The health care bill was largely drafted and coordinated by the SEIU and its communist leader Andrew Stern, a frequent White House visitor. The SEIU and ACORN were started and directed for thirty years by the communist Wade Rathke. The communist dictator Fidel Castro was delighted and praised Obama on the bill's passage. Get the picture?
This isn't about health care. Communist insurgents got a slave master's bullwhip through the health care ruse. As your Congressman, I'll rip that bullwhip from their hands and work for their imprisonment.
The gravest threat to our national security is from those who have infiltrated our Constitutional government under political pretenses, and are dismantling it and installing a dictatorship. They must be immediately arrested and jailed by whatever means necessary for waging war against us. The next gravest threat to our national security are the owners and executives of the nation-destroying private Federal Reserve Bank, who, along with their government accomplices, steal vast amounts of our national productivity, technology, and wealth through bogus debt and interest for their dictatorial power and greed, bleeding our infrastructure and military in the process. [Proof] They cause massive poverty, death and destruction. They cripple most nations. They hold the grassroots in total contempt. Time to permanently drive the money changers from the temple and into prison where they belong. I will call for reactivating the House Un-American Activities Committee (1938-1975), created by the 79th Congress in Public Law 601, to investigate the many clear and present threats of subversion and propaganda attacking the form of government guaranteed by our Constitution. Watch to see who objects, and why, then act accordingly.
It is also clear that the Iraqi and Afghani governments have absolutely no interest in permanently converting to western democracies and that they are just going along with us to get what they can. When we leave, they will have new and improved Islamic countries. Factoids: Islamic banks don't charge interest; the KGB began radicalizing Islam in 1972.
So how do we win these conflicts? It's all in the definition of "win." We can precisely define winning as the number of Taliban or Al Qaeda killed, and win today. Or we can vaguely define it as eternal security for the middle east, and never win. There will always be terrorists in other countries, but that doesn't always justify massive troop deployments. Our military has shown the world that they are the best warriors, and they have killed many times our 9-11 losses. We've made our point, and we can make it again if necessary.
Our most urgent threat is the invasion by, and our de facto war with, Mexico. And make no mistake, it's an invasion, not immigration. When armed Federales, drug cartels, and ten percent of Mexico's population regularly penetrate our nation, and when the insipid Mexican president criticizes Arizona in front of our own disloyal and cowardly Congress for opposing his invasion force, it's time to dump that worthless Congress and militarize that border. "Amnesty" is not in my vocabulary, but it is in the vocabularies of our nation's enemies -- it means the condoning of invasion, the surrendering of our sovereignty, and the ultimate death of the West. Obama criminally refuses to prevent the invasion of the States, and in fact aids and abets it, in clear violation of Art. IV, sec. 4 of our Constitution. This is blatant treason under 18 USC 2381, and he must be immediately arrested and jailed. If the worthless Congress won't act, then We The People must act. We're their bosses, remember?
Our Southwest is not Mexican Aztlan. We should allow free access to Mexico, but prevent access to the United States until the invaders are removed. Most Mexican invaders will self-deport when we stop funding their presence. Employers who hire Mexican invaders should be prosecuted and jailed. E-Verify must be mandatory. Sanctuary cities must be abolished. The invaders must be denied medical care. Invaders' children born in the US are not US citizens because their parents aren't subject to the jurisdiction of the US -- they're Mexican citizens, not "anchor babies." The invaders cost us at least $300 billion yearly paying for their free health care, education, housing, food, unemployment, and effects of their crimes. They annually murder more of our citizens than those who died in the 9-11 terrorist attacks. They fill our prisons, close our hospitals, and bankrupt our communities. This is utter insanity. The invasion must be immediately stopped, and, like other topics, it is absolutely not open to debate. The citizens of Arizona and many other states are rightfully defending themselves against the Mexican invaders and the invaders in the White House.
The Communist Chinese military is posing a serious first-strike threat. It must be countered, in part, by rebuilding our fleets (with debt-free and interest-free Constitutional money). That effort will provide legitimate jobs and help raise again to full superiority our dangerously weakened military.
Our nuclear edge has been the main deterrent to nuclear war and invasion by enemies with numerically superior conventional forces. I will fight to strengthen that edge, and strongly oppose those who are sabotaging it.
I will promote the building of nuclear, hydroelectric, and alternate power facilities, refineries, and the development of coal, oil and gas fields (that Reichert voted against) wherever they are, to make us totally energy independent and militarily strong. The more energy access and mobility we have, the freer we are.
Environmentalism has become a Leninist weapon. Communists wear many masks. One of them is a criminal conspiracy called Sustainable Communities. This little trick was thought up by a group of watermelons (green on the outside and red on the inside) and injected through the UN as Agenda 21, then into our Department of Agriculture and is now being huckstered to our communities. To implement its radical environmentalism, you would have to surrender all of your freedoms to the same kinds of losers who originally instigated Agenda 21. This is a perfect example of what the Chicago communist Alinsky meant by overthrowing our nation from the bottom up by subverting our institutions. (Civil Affairs without firefights, for you Army guys.) Here, for example, are the proposed Sustainable Community dictatorship recommendations to Issaquah Mayor Frisinger.
I will move to repeal the Endangered Species Act and start over, viewing humans as more important than animals. Our survival instinct should also tell us we're more important than the planet. Hundreds of species die each year and hundreds of new species are discovered each year. During the past 200 million years there have been four extinction-level events, but the species populations continued to grow, and today have tripled. Bugs, snails, minnows, birds, and other silliness have been used by the bad guys to con us into destroying our own farms, industries, and power generation. This absurd Act has made us the endangered species; it is an act of war.
Surface and seabed volcanism and the sun, not humans, cause the vast majority of climate change. Al Gore is a liar. No one should be allowed to use global warming or other environmental ruses to justify slave tax rates and world dictatorship. I will also oppose anyone who tries to steal money from us to fund preposterous green jobs and other fairy tales.
I will move to abolish the EPA and all Departments of Ecology. There are too many useless environmental laws and bureaucracies that restrict our property rights, waste our money, cripple our commerce, destroy our infrastructure, and weaken our industrial and agricultural bases. People have generally always been good environmental stewards and conservationists because it’s in our best interests; and, for those who aren’t, there have always been basic monitoring by local public works, legal sanctions, and trial lawyers.
It's self-evident we're being attacked by communist environmentalists and their RINO stooges. These people (from Obama on down) are some of society's most lazy, incompetent, and nonproductive workers. Time to geld them and the Trojan horse they rode
in on. They couldn't prevent or contain a Gulf oil spill if they had to. They also couldn't spell "Utopia" if they had to. They were unprepared for the Gulf. They waited too long to respond in the Gulf. They refused help in the Gulf. Oh, I know; let's stop all offshore drilling, scowl and swear, posture, hold hearings, fine everyone, and pass Cap and Trade. Environmentalism is a weapon of mass destruction.
The Clean Water Restoration Act (S 787) threatens to increase federal jurisdiction from navigable waters to all waters in the United States. [Proof] We've seen the massive sabotage by federally-caused drought to hundreds of thousands of acres of prime San Joaquin Valley farmland. Rogue federal employees issued "biological opinions" and stopped irrigation to protect the delta smelt under the Environmental Protection Act (EPA). [Proof] If S 787 passes, our farms and ranches are finished. In addition to repealing the EPA, I will work to ensure S 787 never sees the light of day.
The Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 (HR 875) would give federal bandits total control over all farming and ranching operations -- from soil preparation to planting to harvesting to marketing -- under the guise of "safety." [Proof] If HR 875 passes, our farms and ranches are also finished. Anything left would resemble a Soviet-run collective farm or ranch, incapable of sustaining our population, our nation, or our freedoms. I will also stomp this legislation into dust.
Under my economy plan, all taxes on farms and ranches will be eliminated and the property will be owned outright, fee simple. The increased productivity and national benefit will be astonishing.
The above bills are examples of de-agriculturalization by your enemies. We're barely surviving being de-industrialized by those people. If they get control of our food supply, we're gone. Fight them, and defeat them. They're killers.
My ancestors came to the Washington Territory in the 1800s on covered wagons and sailing ships. They were farmers and ranchers in Eastern and Western Washington. In Swiss, my last name, "Huber," means "a farmer who owns his land." I won't let our farms or ranches die.
The Democrat Party
This party in Congress has been infiltrated by liars, gangsters, and communists who intend to rape and destroy our freedom-loving, Christian, Constitutional America. Their Obamunist apparatchik candidates insult and assault our great people and our Republic. Most Democrats in Congress are political terrorists who improve nothing and leave destruction in their wakes. Just watch C-SPAN. They arrogantly use communist code words, e.g., progressive, activist, and organizer, hoping to hide their actions and intentions. Their names change, but their malignant game is the same. They are few in number, but appear more numerous because of their organization and promotion by media collaborators. The laws they shove through Congress (with the support of Reichert) are praised by dictators. These are very bad men and women. Their allies are ACORN, SEIU, Gamaliel, and Soros.
The only thing worse than a Progressive is a rich Progressive. They’re all enemies of We The People, and they're nation-killers. Kick them all out, and never elect them to public office.

My first order of business from the floor of the House of Representatives will be to call for the referring of the matter of Barack Obama to the House Judiciary Committee to investigate grounds for impeachment for failing to protect the States from invasion (Art. IV, sec. 4, U.S. Constitution), RICO violations, sedition, national security offenses, and other acts of treason.
If the massive Congressional and Executive corruption continues, my second order of business from the floor will be to call upon the Commanding General of the United States Army Military District of Washington to immediately execute arrest and search and seizure warrants on Barack Obama, his staff, and others; or, in the alternative, that they be confined as unlawful combatants. A military tribunal determined by the Joint Chiefs of Staff should then serve as our interim Executive and employ special prosecutors until a new election is held.
If We The People retake Congress, then I will urge the Senate to direct its Sergeant at Arms to make those arrests and confinements. Time is of the essence. [Proof]

The Republican Party
This party in Congress has been castrated. Its timid and disloyal members go along to get along, presenting us with the dangerous illusion of choice. In response to our nation's crises, their silence is deafening. They vote for some bills that enslave us, and some that don't. Their plans are generally too little, too late. They arrogantly criticize us at meetings and picnics when we try to hold them accountable. They rarely embrace or defend conservative archetypes that are No more peacocks or empty suits. My intention is to reform this party, but first we have to kick them all out. The GOP must follow its traditionally conservative platform at the county level, say "Hell, no!" to compromise, shun the RINOs, and purge them from the GOP (which is now a primary Tea Party activity). [Proof] Then we'll be on the long road back to saving our nation. Inept and corrupt party officials give us inept and corrupt elected officials.

RINOs and Progressives regularly violate this oath. I took the same oath thirty years ago as a young Naval officer and have never violated it. I never will.
Education
Public education is habitually broken. We spend about $10K per year per student and still can’t seem to staff our professions, stop the skyrocketing dropout rates, or have the world‘s best students. We play with class size, test scores, diversity, sensitivity, gender, self-images, every child a winner, no child left behind, and we fall more behind because traditional curricula have been abandoned. More money won't solve the problem.
National and state teachers’ unions and the Department of Education have become leftist political indoctrination agents and costly boondoggles that have vested interests in education failure (and some RINOs support them). They should be abolished. English mastery, true American and Western civilization history, and Constitutional memorization should be required to graduate, or we’ll get more ignorance, balkanizing multiculturalism, disunity, chaos, and government tyrants.
I will support tax exemptions for parents with private schooled or homeschooled children to offset taxes paid for public schools, and to promote educational competition.
The Media
In a word: Accomplices. ABC, CBS, NBC and other organizations, with few exceptions like Fox and talk radio, have become severely partisan and unethical. They are openly hostile to our civil rights, exemplified by their attempted destruction of Sarah Palin and her family. The people in these organizations are toxic and they threaten democracy by bullying, lying, and usurping governmental powers. They certainly aren’t operating in the public’s interest, convenience, and necessity. Their broadcast licenses should be permanently revoked.Candidate interviews are misrepresented and manipulated by the same dishonest media, so I won't participate in them. [Proof] You should speak personally with the candidates; find out what they really believe. My goal is to speak personally and privately with each household. I’m using this website to tell you who I am, and why and how I will fight for you, your families, our Constitution, our nation, our civilization, and our God. What other candidate can make that pledge to you? And if they can't make that pledge, could you ever trust them in Congress to watch your back?
Conservative media personalities also stifle freedom, albeit generally unintentionally. Their sponsors and FCC regulations restrict the topics and intensity of discussion. Over time, this conditions the personalities and softens and limits debate, resulting in pacifism. We're at a point where conservatives in the media have said all they can say without losing their jobs. It's critical that we don't let their pacifism become our pacifism. They are at a point beyond where they cannot go, but we can and we must.
We are a good nation because we are a Christian nation. If you separate Christian doctrine from state virtue you lose both. Christianity is being attacked by renegade government employees, communist pseudo-intellectuals, and a depraved media. This must stop immediately. The social collapse we are experiencing is mainly due to the loss of our moral foundation. Deadly totalitarianism cannot exist in a Christian nation (Rom. 13:4), so the wannabe dictators actively try to suppress Christianity.
Our Constitution is a sacred document. The Soviet Union's Constitution was a profane document. The primary difference lay in the character of those who created and administered them. The Soviet dictators were generally bad people because of their immoral, atheist humanist beliefs. Their country died. Our leaders have been generally good people because of their moral, Christian beliefs -- until now. The United States is dying because fewer and fewer Christians are administering our Constitution. We can change that.
Unfortunately, most of our pastors and priests have been derelict in their duty to fight evil in society and government, so we see the Ten Commandments, Christian crosses, prayer, Christmas trees, and creches being stripped from us for the most trivial reasons. Worse, we see rampant corruption at all levels of government. That must stop.
If your pastor or priest focuses only on love, good works, prayer, tithing, and pacifist sermons, but avoids courageous moral teachings and won’t fight evil, then you should fire him, or change churches if he “owns” it, or start a home church and tithe to it. It’s an abomination and suicidal to submit to the spiritual authority of a coward; it’s also a nation-killer.
I support voluntary prayer in schools, at sporting events, and other public occasions, governmental or not. The Ten Commandments should be in every public building. Crosses, Christmas trees, and crèches should be on public property. We must not let spiritually flawed community organizers re-create the Soviet Union from the bottom up. The choice is simple: Good or evil. Don’t let anyone complicate it for you.

Our citizen birthrate is so low, we are projected to be irreversibly into extinction by 2050. We are relying on Mexican invaders as brown slaves to supplement our workforce, and they want to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs and steal our Southwest.
No one has the right to choose to participate in the destruction of our nation, regardless of how sweetly it‘s marketed or by what name you call it. This wholesale slaughter is a socially engineered war crime of genocide against humanity. If you are prohibited from directly killing 50 million people, you are also prohibited from indirectly killing them using social engineering. Who are these mass murdering "social engineers?" Here's a hint: They're not Conservatives, Constitutionalists, or Christians. Abortion was a felony forty years ago, and it should be a felony today.
The hypocrisy and irony is that self-hating homosexuals are in virulent denial of their addiction and are committing projection hate crimes and acts of violence and intolerance against Christians. Homosexual addicts naturally exclude themselves from Christianity by their acts; this inclines them to atheism, which sets them up for communist exploitation.
Military service and "marriage" for homosexual addicts? That's a bad joke. No one has the right to inflict their addiction on our healthy society -- that's just common sense. Homosexual acts were also felonies forty years ago, and they should be felonies today.
Atheism and Communism
All of the atheists I’ve known are spiritually and morally disabled. All of the communists I’ve known are atheists. Not all atheists are communists, but that ideology is their natural inclination. The communists who say they are Christians are liars playing the Gamaliel liberation theology/social justice/Christ was a communist scam. Consequently, discussing God with atheists is like discussing the color green with those blind from birth. Just as the blind should not drive school buses, atheists should not drive governments. Not surprisingly, even atheists survive better under Christian-led governments than under atheist-led governments.
The very small atheist minority does not have the right to inflict their disabilities on our vast, fully functioning majority. There are sound reasons why atheists are discriminated against and have extinction level birthrates worldwide. Turn your other cheek to fellow Christians, but never to atheists. As a rule: Atheists destroy, and Christians build.
Every hardcore communist I've handled has used that bogus ideology to hide their psychopathic personality and justify their subhuman behaviors. Many of Obama's politburo czars are hardcore communists. Each generation must identify and neutralize the psychopaths who always try to seize power, or subsequent generations will suffer greatly.Communists are haters of God and His people. Feminism, not femininity, is contrary to women's nature and is intended to ultimately destroy men and women. It results in unnecessary conflict, alienation, lack of love, non-marriage, no children, loneliness, anger and despair. The differences between the sexes must be recognized and celebrated, not used as socially destructive leaven. Feminism also feminizes and weakens the pool of male warriors and is another nation-killer.

Racism and anti-Semitism
All races and religions have the right to peacefully co-exist and the duty to ensure that peace. But no one has the right to demand perpetual victim status for special treatment, privilege, or shielding based on injustices to ancestors. That absurdity is a shakedown and has no place in civilization. We're about equal rights, not special rights.
The purpose of this Amendment is to ensure your freedom from public and private tyrants by endorsing your God-given right to shoot them in self-defense. Logically, anyone trying to deny you this right is also a tyrant.
The closer we are to those who work for us in government, the more accountable they are to our control. We The People are the final check and balance and the guardians of our own freedoms. The more control we have over government, the freer we are.
I will strive to reduce the power and size of federal, state, county, and local government, without sacrificing national security or the public welfare, to help ensure you have control and freedom. To that end, I support and will adhere to a six year term limit for all members of the House and Senate. I will also hold regular public town hall meetings, and ensure your calls, emails and letters are promptly and specifically answered. I will not participate in the earmark process.
Our sovereignty and all of our freedoms vitally depend on free and fair elections. Voter and election fraud totally destroy our sovereignty and freedoms, so I will introduce legislation making those crimes capital offenses.
Clearly, those who promote world government are sovereignty's natural enemies and our mortal enemies. I have always opposed them.
If the corrupt media will try to destroy Sarah, Rush, Glenn, Michelle, and Sean, then they will surely try to do the same to any conservative Congressional candidate like me. So I’m using our Founding Fathers’ tactics: guerrilla political campaigning. I’m not playing to the bad guys’ strengths, but to their weaknesses. I am bypassing the media and the small RINO and Progressive county clique that has infiltrated the GOP and enabled Reichert and others.
There will be no money requested, no campaign manager, no TV ads, no published endorsements, no conventions, no rallies, no drive-by media interviews, and probably no debates. I will try to meet with each of you before the August 17, 2010, primary election ballot mailing deadline. My campaign is really your campaign. It's totally decentralized using 100% volunteers, and you don't have to live in the 8th Congressional District to work on the campaign. Like Tea Party participants, we're all in this together, we're all leaders, we vastly outnumber the bad guys, I respect you, and we can win. 300 truth-telling volunteers can overcome any amount of money Reichert or other Progressives spend. You can't buy the truth.
I’m asking that you make and pass out your own fliers, make your own signs and display them when and where you think is best, work your own precincts, do your own phone banks from your homes, call talk shows, write letters to the editor, enlist your family, friends, and church, blog, vote for me, photocopy your completed ballot before mailing, and work in election headquarters to prevent fraud. If you do that, I'll win the primary and general elections and go to Congress to take back the government that's been stolen from us. I won't be alone, I will surely be attacked, but I will fight for We The People to the very end.
Be advised, some Progressives and RINOs are doing everything they can to stall, derail, and prevent We The People from stopping their crime spree. Their people are trolling the internet subtly or blatantly infiltrating, rumor-mongering, defaming, and promoting themselves as vetting experts. Several are doing Alinsky community organizing and pacification using internet "engagement pyramids." These snakes appear out of nowhere, have no conservative credentials, can't or won't articulate conservative principles, and try to hijack, dilute or divert campaigns, precincts, or conservative candidates. A little investigation usually shows they've been connected with Progressive or RINO organizations, candidates, or activists. Be sure to thoroughly vet those seeking precinct or district influence. Also, do your own candidate research. Be safe. Don't delegate it to strangers. Too much is at stake.
We‘re way past politics-as-usual, and even Tea Parties. We’re outraged at the systemic rot. One definition of insanity is repeatedly doing what doesn’t work. We‘re not going to be manipulated anymore by weasels in either party. We must retake the GOP from the grassroots up, then peacefully retake our country. We might not have enough time for a peaceful solution, but we must try. Recall Senator Goldwater's 1964 paraphrase of Cicero, "Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice, and moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue." What would General Washington do? So here’s the deal. There are now people in positions of power over us who have repeatedly said and shown they are America’s communist enemies. [Proof] Those people oppose our economy, our society, the Constitution, Christianity, and Western civilization -- they oppose us. They are intentionally destroying as much as they can. They conduct continuous political propaganda and indoctrination. They are taking control of our federal Executive and Legislative branches in an American communist revolution without firing a shot. If we allow them to keep tightening and consolidating their tentacles of power and control, as history shows, they will kill us. They must be immediately arrested and jailed by whatever means necessary. Aim for the head, not the tentacles.
And we are in denial, despite massive and overwhelming evidence that a communist revolution is occurring. Shamefully, many conservative commentators and leaders lack situational awareness or courage and are still stuck in stupid. They prattle on about their pet political and economic projects and historical perspectives that are applicable only to a communist-free country. Their reasoning? If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck -- then it must be a cow. Their advice? Don't fight the bullies. Here's a news flash: pacifism got us here, and pacifism won't save us.
There is a low intensity war going on, except we haven't been fighting it. Communist agents of influence and useful idiots are, as usual, trying to minimize or deflect our counter-revolutionary Tea Party mobilizations and self-defense. Historically, political or economic solutions (including mine) have never dislodged a communist government. I hope they can this time, but the criminals must still be immediately arrested and jailed. Be prepared to take swift and brutal action, or our nation will fall. I'm sure our Founding Fathers would authorize the use of force, just as they did against the tyrannical king. Read the Declaration of Independence in light of current events. Its principles still apply.
The passive resistance of Gandhi and Martin Luther King does not apply here, and it will be fatal if exclusively used. We must fight fire with fire. We outnumber them. We're not in Kansas anymore. Lead, follow, or get out of the way.
Conclusion
This is an emergency. Our survival demands that we quickly acquire a fierce mind-set to defeat deadly enemies. This fact will become clearer the closer we get to the 2010 primary election. This election is not about politics-as-usual; it's about counter-insurgency. It could be the last election we have if we don’t fight, vote like our lives depended on it, then fight some more. Our freedom is not a spectator sport. Clearly, those we’ve been voting for all these years have brought us to the brink of destruction. We must kick them all out and start over, but not with the same kinds of candidates. Allowing people such as Dave Reichert anymore "experience" in Congress will destroy our nation. Remember? Repeatedly doing what doesn't work is insanity.
The history of the Soviet Union, China, Cambodia and many other dictatorships tells us that psychopaths in power kill hundreds of millions of innocent people. The United States, our Constitution, Western civilization, and Christendom have blessed the world, and been the only deterrent to those psychopaths. If the United States falls, the world will turn into one huge death camp. I didn't stop fighting for you when I retired from the military. Now I have to fight for you in Congress. Political Diversity -- Officials Should Be Picked By Lottery
Our interests would be better served if all those elected to state and federal office were instead selected by lottery from voters rolls. The two-party system has become an absurd guild for weavers of invisible thread. Republican and Democratic leaders have degenerated into amoral, special-interest groups promoting themselves, and others, at our peril.
I have great faith in common citizens doing the right thing, as they have been doing on juries for millennia. Unfortunately, the common citizen is rarely represented in state or federal government, and we are paying for it. Democratic representation can only be achieved by random representation.
The best way to randomly choose our state officials is by lottery. To reduce the chances of corruption, the new officials should be limited to one four-year term, in return for a $100,000 yearly salary, and a $50,000 yearly retirement.
The first year in office should be spent in understudy to the outgoing official. The last year in office should be spent mentoring the incoming official.
We cannot long survive the professional politician, whose self-serving dishonesty makes him indistinguishable from a professional politburo member. Both are bandits; both feed off the honest labors of innocent citizens; both routinely betray the electorate that created them.

The campaign trail
On October 30, 2009, I spoke with hundreds of fantastic Tea Party II attendees at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. It was very obvious that We The People are united in our grief over the criminal dismantling of our nation, our burning anger at those responsible, and our fierce determination to remove them. And that's exactly why I'm running for Congress.
On November 29, I spent the afternoon in Richland talking with over one thousand fellow Sarah Palin fans. Thousands had spent the cold night loyally waiting in an enormous line just to have Sarah sign their copy of her book. These great Americans made it very clear that they are fighting for Sarah and our country. I was blessed to be able to tell Sarah the same thing.
On December 19, I had the great honor of being called a "wingnut Christian teabagger" on the microcephalics' Daily Kos. They had no intelligible critique, just their normal babbling. They considerately posted a link to this site, saying it is scary. I certainly hope it is. The prospect of justice should always frighten the guilty.
On January 6, 2010, I had a very pleasant meeting with Libertarian leaders. We found many areas of agreement and mutual respect. I was a Libertarian thirty-five years ago, then gradually transitioned into a conservative Republican.
Throughout February I visited with thousands of fed up voters from all parties, met with many angry Republican PCOs who are purging RINOs, attended caucuses, coordinated with other candidates and officeholders, and spoke many hours on national talk shows like this one. We The People are finally on the march.
During a 24-hour period on March 22, this website had a record 3,643 hits. Most were from Washington state, many from the other states, and a large number from other countries. Much of the month was again spent talking directly with frightened and angry voters, speaking at length on talk shows, and producing forthcoming YouTube videos. As our country continues its downward spiral, many honorable men and women are stepping forward to save it. These are also the best of times for that reason.
In April, my first YouTube video was released. YouTube gives you just ten minutes per video. Every word had to count, so I focused on removing the greatest federal threats to our district: Reichert, Obama, and the Federal Reserve. More videos are coming. More people are waking up. More people are stepping up to the plate. Escalate or capitulate.
May involved more grassroots campaigning, doing interviews, making more contacts and friends, listening to voters, getting out the message, and staying on top of ongoing national crises. Website hits are going through the roof. Most in Congress are still asleep, and few are fighting for us. That's about to change. I formally file for office the second week of June with the Secretary of State's office. What an amazing journey!

See the State Online Voters' Guide (Congressional, 8th). Why do most of the other candidates appear so clueless or evasive? The month was filled with sign waving, talking with the voters, and interviews. Now the real fun starts. Want to help?
July was busy, busy, busy. The Voters' Guide and pamphlets generated many calls and emails. I personally answered them all. A very amazing and intensely humbling thing started happening in July: I began receiving requests daily from people all over the United States to be their President. I'm still speechless.
